Cathy M. Metcalf is President of Domus Management Company and has worked in the affordable-LIHTC housing industry for more than 18 years. She is certified in a multitude of affordable housing funding sources including, but not limited to LIHTC, HUD, HOME, USDA RA and Fair Housing. She maintains all certifications and ensures compliance for all programs that are required within the Domus Management Company portfolio.
From 2001 until 2007, Cathy was the Director of Affordable Housing for a large Northern California affordable housing firm with over 5,500 units. In 2007, Cathy left to form Domus Management Company which she still successfully oversees. Domus Management Company continues to grow through new fee-management clients and new properties from its partner – Domus Development.
Cathy graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles, School of Fine Art with a degree in art history. Cathy is active in her local community. She is the chairperson for the Lodi Art Commission for the past 13 years and is on the Lodi Boys and Girls Club Board of Directors for the past two years.
